Until recently, my formal training in the visual arts has been conceptual. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in studio art with almost no training in realism, anatomy and the human form.  Mostly self-taught until 2012,  I studied with Antony Ryder in Santa Fe and Max Ginsburg at the Scottsdale Artist School. It is my goal to master the human form. I am a frustrated but undeterred student who is lucky to find generous and beautiful friends to sit for me!
